once in a blue one

It all started with a shade of pink lipstick. You know the yummy Victoria Secret perfect-shade-of-pink-with-gold-flecks color that you can't say "no" to and would knock a guy's socks off if he wasn't paying attention---literally. Not only was the color perfect but the name "Fling" on the underside of the tube was apparently also calling my name?!
Why, you say?
"Today was the day I decided to finally face my blogging fears."
With nothing but computer screen on the agenda and some pretty good leftover chocolate from Christmas; I set out to do the one thing I put off (for too many years to count) in my jammies and maryjanes---oh and, pretty pink lipstick to boot!
So like a blue moon that appears on New Year's to greet us with it's grandeur every 19 years, I too, will blog on such a schedule...jk:) It's actually kind of fun and artsy and there isn't any math problems to solve except to decide what order to place my "gadgets" in the most logical light. And since it's such a monumental event, what a perfect opportunity to fly to the moon---launch my thoughts, stories and iphone pics to the blogger world. What better way to celebrate a new decade?
I'm happy to announce that this lil' sparrow has flown the coup (tree branch)! And all I can say is, buckle up and hold on tight, because you are going on the ride of your life...to the moon!
